Villaricos Fishing Village Rentals

Villaricos is a simple fishing village, perched precariously between the Sierra Almagrera and the sea and flanked by the Almanzora River.

The Courtyard Apartments and Town Houses available for rent are mostly in private secure gated complexes, in courtyards around their own private community swimming pools, splash pools, gardens and more formal plazas, with fountains and sitting areas. The Apartments and Town Houses are often linked together by pedestrian streets from the seafront and harbour. They are elegant havens of privacy, sunlight and tranquillity within the heart of and on the edge of the village.

Providing two, three and occasionally four bedroom accommodation, they are brightly furnished and decorated, fully equipped and maintained in as new condition. Each has a sun terrace, mostly with sea views across the village. Most have a roof top solarium, with sea view.
